The WPCCAS Story · Old Tibbee Road
From Meat-Processing Plant to Sanctuary of Second Chances
Our shelter building on Old Tibbee Road originally served as a Bryan Foods meat-processing facility. Where livestock once entered, second chances now begin. The space has been transformed into a place for healing, daily enrichment, veterinary care, and adoption.
Today, West Point Clay County Animal Shelter is proof that community determination and compassionate animal welfare can give an old industrial building an entirely new purpose.
